You describe the problem, we describe how we would approach it, we decide together whether the next step is a scoping sprint or a polite parting.

Written scoped quote, or a clear no.
If there is a project, you get a fixed-scope engagement letter. If there isn't, you get a short note explaining why and what we would recommend instead. Either way, no follow up loop.

Can I just book a call directly?+
Yes. Use the intake form if you want us to come prepared. Or email hello@nexcur.ai with a one-line project description and we will send a calendar link.
I'm shopping consultants. Do you do RFPs?+
Selectively. We respond to RFPs that include the problem statement and success criteria. We do not respond to RFPs that are purely a price comparison with no operator context. If you are putting together an RFP, write to us first; we will tell you whether it is worth your time to include us.
Can you sign our MSA / vendor agreement?+
In most cases, yes. We prefer to start with our short-form SOW and migrate to your paper by engagement two. If your procurement requires your paper from day one, send it over and we will respond within a week.
Do you work with series seed companies?+
Yes, often. Roughly a third of our engagements are seed to Series A. We scope smaller, cheaper engagements for early stage teams. We do not run the full six-week shape on a seed budget.
What if my project is urgent?+
Flag it in the intake. We reserve one fast-track slot per month for genuine incident response, regulatory deadlines, and similar. We do not treat our campaign launches in 3 weeks as urgent.
