C1 Case studies

What an engagement actually looks like.

We publish a case study within two weeks of every engagement close, with written client consent. The first real cases ship Q2 to Q3 2026, when our first cohort of growth-tier clients closes. Until then, the fictional Cloudwrit study below is the template.

Cloudwrit - Signature Security engagement

A fictional-but-representative growth-tier security engagement. Scope, findings, remediation, outcome. Shows what a case study looks like when we are allowed to publish one.

C1.2 Why this page is not yet full

A short explanation.

NexcurAI started taking engagements in early 2026. Our first growth-tier clients close engagements in Q2 and Q3 2026. Case studies will appear here within two weeks of each close, subject to client consent.

We could have populated this page with stretched anonymized anecdotes. We chose not to. An empty page with an honest explanation is better than a full page with unverifiable claims.

We offer three alternatives in the meantime. First, the Cloudwrit fictional case above is a faithful template based on composites of our earlier independent engagements and our published methodology. Second, the sanitized Cloudwrit Signature Handbook is the deliverable artifact you would receive. Third, we offer a twenty-minute introductory call where we walk a representative engagement end-to-end; email hello@nexcur.ai to book.

C1.3 What a case study contains

Our case-study template.

Each case study is structured identically. Clients get the final draft before it publishes, and they can redact any line they choose. Nothing ships without their word.

  1. Context. Client stage, industry, headcount, scope. Anonymized where the client prefers.
  2. The engagement shape. Which service line, which tier, what the client engaged us to do. Timeline, budget, team composition.
  3. What we found. The primary findings, at the resolution the client is comfortable publishing. Attack paths, architectural observations, measurement outputs.
  4. What we shipped. The deliverable artifact, described and linked if public.
  5. The outcome. What the client did with the deliverable in the ninety days after close, measured where we have the data.
  6. What we would do differently. Honest retrospective. Every engagement has something.
  7. Client quote. On the record, attributed. We do not use anonymous testimonial copy.
